There are three support options available for the Orion Point of Sale System:

Bronze Level

This basic level of support includes updates to the system throughout the year. Priced at 18% of the Suggested Retail Price per year.

Silver Level

Includes updates throughout the year and adds End User Tier Two support direct from Orion Digital Integration Inc during our regular business hours. Priced at 25% of the Suggested Retail Price per year.

Gold Level

Gold Level Support includes all of the benefits of Bronze and Siver and adds interactive support direct from Orion Digital Integration Inc. during our regular business hours. Priced at 35% of the Suggested Retail Price per year.
